Our waitress cassandra went above and beyond today! Me and my mom frequent this location a lot (at least once a week) while im back home on the weekends from college. Took my wife out on a busy Valentines Day evening. Was able to get a seat at the bar right away. Nina was our server and she was phenomenal. We only had about 45 minutes before our movie time. We were served food and 2 rounds of drinks! Great job Nina and Chili's Southgate!!

Our waitress was great.. food was very disappointing.. Our main course came out before our appetizers. Just very disappointed I just spent $70 dollars and the only good think was my white skillet queso and my soft drink.. never even got silverware.. Also waited five minutes for my Togo chips and salsa I ended up leaving without it.
