I have to say, the Red Loster on Eureka Rd was Grand.
We had a party of twelve and was celebrating a birthday. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to accommodate our needs.
They food was plentiful and delicious. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the meal and service.

Food was half cold. Was dead inside and we waited forever to even get asked our drink order. Like 25 minutes. Food took like an hour to come. Server mediocre. Monroe location is much better. Glad they're rebuilding

Absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had there.. Apparently the butter that comes with the crab legs is only available apon request.. To manage food cost?? Really butter?? By time the bring it to you, your food will be cold. And the manager told us 3 times that the restaurant was closed due to plumbing issues 🤢 why did you not say this prior to ordering?? Instead waited until half of the food was brought to the table while the other half took another 15 mins?...
