Absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had there.. Apparently the butter that comes with the crab legs is only available apon request.. To manage food cost?? Really butter?? By time the bring it to you, your food will be cold. And the manager told us 3 times that the restaurant was closed due to plumbing issues 🤢 why did you not say this prior to ordering?? Instead waited until half of the food was brought to the table while the other half took another 15 mins?...

I truly enjoyed my visit a couple of weeks ago. Angel was an exceptional waiter—attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our experience.

I dined with my 3-year-old and my sister, and Angel went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He offered great menu recommendations and was especially mindful of my son’s food allergies, which meant a lot to me.

Service like that doesn’t go unnoticed—thank you, Angel!

The bartender served us on Christmas Day and her service was excellent red lobster’s red lobster if you’ve never been before then you might not know what you’re getting but if you’ve been before, it was red lobster. The atmosphere was red lobster and they were kind enough to be open on Christmas Day.
