“When did Taco Bell get expensive? I am old enough to remember when a regular bean burrito was under $1. I love Taco Bell, my standard order is one bean burrito, one dorito loco supreme, and a cherry pepsi. Sometimes I like to get a spiked Baja blast for fun. Sometimes my husband will order extra chips and cheese because he knows I'm going to be hungry still. I miss the Omar Apollo hot sauce, please bring it back.“

“Only complaint is that the lady tried to drown my sandwich in condiments. There was so much of it on the sandwich that my tomatoes were sliding out! She used a knife to smash the lettuce and tomato into the crease of the bread before brutally mashing my sandwich together. Maybe if she put the veggies on the bottom of the bread instead of the middle of it (aka the crease), she wouldn't have needed to do that. I miss the days of the Sandwich Artist! Does no one take pride in their work anymore?“

“We were there about 9pm. They had a few cars waiting for their orders, but I had no one behind me in line. We waited for quite awhile. I was kindly refunded for a pie I ordered but they realized they were out of - the guy was really nice. We waited quite a while longer for our 2 burgers. Finally got our bag with 2 burgers, & a pie! They found their stock. Did not re-charge me. The receipt on the bag showed proper order, but my McDouble was not what I ordered - had cheese & super heavy Mayo, oozing out, & no Pickles (I ordered Xtra pickle & receipt showed it)... but I got no pickle, Cheese & super extra Mayo. YUK! We had already waited a LONG time & had a 2 hr drive ahead of me & had already gotten down the road a ways, so I ate what I got. Nice employees tho“

“Always liked Culvers. I have had th same great experience at every restaurant in every state. Wisconsin, Illinois, Arizona and now Michigan. The food is good, the custard is good, I love their root beer, the kids are always on point, the restaurant and property is fresh and clean every time. A very consistent company.

“The customer service here was beyond excellent—everyone was super friendly and helpful. I tried the new gyro sandwich and honestly didn’t expect it to be that good, but it really surprised me. Great flavor and definitely something I’d order again!“

“Only reason I give this location a 4 stars is because I asked the staff if there are napkins in the bag & they responded with a confident Yes but after I left trusting them none were in the bag.
Lesson learned. Always check the bag before leaving, but besides that.. if I am in the area.. I'm eating here! Thanks!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but recommend bringing a friend they do not have a powered door. Or call ahead for them to open the door if you are by yourself.“

“I go here a couple times every week, I always go between 1130am to 3pm and the staff there at that time they just do an amazing job, they are always working hard and making the food very fast. & I love that they always remember my name and order.“

“The girl I believe who is a supervisor or manager, she wears a black shirt and leggings in there, typically controlling the flow while busting through orders. She is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I come in there everyday and get mini bowls. They had a huge dinner rush about 20 people in line and instead of making me wait for such a small bowl (she knows my order is super small).. she instead came to me, grabbed the ticket under my name since I pre paid and ordered ahead of time. Literally made my bowl in under 30 seconds and got me out of there. Little stuff like that goes a long way for the business and she deserves all the credit in the world. When she’s not there, you can 100% feel the difference.“

“The manager, Nicole is phenomenal and so helpful and kind! I came into town in the afternoon for a family visit and gathering I needed to feed the following day. Nicole helped me figure out the best options and amount I needed. It was needed sooner than the normal 24hrs to be ready, but Nicole did not hesitate to make sure she’d have it prepared the next morning by 10am! She even gave me her contact info in case I needed it. She provided extra sauces, etc also. She literally went above and beyond! Saved me so so much time and energy to feed my little family reunion and everyone enjoyed the variety! Thanks a bunch!“

“Super nice!!! Couldn’t ask for better service. Originally order dominos, they said the pizza was delivered but never got it. After sitting on hold for an hour found out it went to the wrong address.

Ordered Pizza Hut. Food arrived sooner than expected so they sat it on the step. Rang my door bell to let me know. THEN they even called me. All my pizza orders will be these guys. Amazing!!!“

“Hey, let’s say I walked in around the time they would’ve started prepping to close down shop and clean up. I had a pretty big order n’ the gentleman there was very sweet and attentive… not rude at all and was very quick to help and get things done in a timely fashion.… when other people walked in,, he did call for help,, as you should,, and everything was good to go.. because the people behind me also had a larger order... Highly recommend…. This staff is very friendly,, very fast n’ got the orders out Promptly,, and wasn’t rude… Didn’t have an attitude and actually told me how to save $$$ so there’s another plus… Thank you guys again 😊

“Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the airport Road store.“
