“Only complaint is that the lady tried to drown my sandwich in condiments. There was so much of it on the sandwich that my tomatoes were sliding out! She used a knife to smash the lettuce and tomato into the crease of the bread before brutally mashing my sandwich together. Maybe if she put the veggies on the bottom of the bread instead of the middle of it (aka the crease), she wouldn't have needed to do that. I miss the days of the Sandwich Artist! Does no one take pride in their work anymore?“

“Grinder was turkey and ham, the best grinder I have had. Bar tender was awesome and helpful very nice person. Had a porter ale while I waited for take out and was done before I finished ale. Great experience!“

“From the get go this is one of my favorite Jimmy John's. The staff are pleasant and quick, and the food is always neatly made (frequent complaint with other JJ locations).

We got jokes from Joseph after ordering and waiting (briefly) for the sandwich and wraps.

I hope they keep the firecracker wrap as that's a great flavor combo, but I'll always have my Country Club as a standard fare option.“

She is attentive, caring, and funny. She even wrapped my sandwich separately when I told her I was going to eat half of it later on. She deserves the world!“

“I like good food and I also like Subway go figure. I got a meatball sub with the garlic herb and cheese bread or what ever it is. The person who made my sub, Tucker, was great. The bread was good as usual. The toppings were really good too. I felt good after I ate the meal. I was hungry and in a hurry in the middle of nowhere Subway really hit the spot.“

“Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the airport Road store.“
