“My daughters and I had a stay at the Grand Haven Holiday Inn for 5 days, and ate here several times. Staff was always friendly and attentive. One gentleman in particular our first evening there was exceptionally kind. They absolutely loved the chicken fingers. They seemed nicely seasoned and not a typical bland variety that could be from a bag. Fries were similarly very good. I had an excellent Farm Fresh Burger, a Classic Burger, and a Bruben Melt. The first two were excellent, and the Bruben Melt was very good. The breakfast buffet had a decent but tasty selection. Made to order omelettes were added part way through our stay. Whether you're a guest or a nearby resident, you'll have a good meal here.“

“The food was good, however, the employees attitudes were absolutely horrible. Must be ALL of them were having a bad day because their attitudes towards me and my little nephew absolutely showed. Ex: When i said thank you, a couple of them just looked at me....and walked away. No you're welcome. Never again.“

“Jack was an awesome server! He really was the bees knees! The steak wasn’t cooked all the way through, but that’s not his fault. He gave us everything we needed and was kind the whole time.

“Me , my mom and my brother went here after spending the day saying goodbye to a loved one at the hospital , the waitress came to take our order and immediately asked how our day was, two out of us still had hospital passes on, and she noticed, she was so nice, so friendly and gave our table special attention, I wish I would have spoke to the manager on duty to let him know . If she reads this, it was out of town in Muskegon, Michigan location.“

“At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.“

“Five Guys is great for when you don’t care about the cost to food ratio. But it will always be overpriced. For gluten allergy though, they are understanding and take the time to get a clean area prepared.

Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate Gluten allergies, but you need to specify at the time of ordering.“

“The people that works there are AMAZING!! But the prices are RIDICULOUS you are charged for everything! I was charged 75 cents extra to have pickles on the side (3 slices)instead on my hamburger!!!

“Parking: There is a parking lot for Culver’s customers only behind the drive thru. It’s decently size, but can’t fit everyone. They have a few spots near the entrance that are handicapped and mobile pick. The entire parking lot is a mess though due to other business. It’s difficult to back out of the spots at the entrance due to cars zooming by.“

“Our original experience wasn't the best on a different shift. When I called the manager I spoke with was Very apologetic & offered to replace our entire order or give us up to 5 days. When we did replace is they were AMAZING! Everything was right thanks to a man named "Big Mike"! Thanks to the crew that worked 2/28/25 2nd shift! You all rock & all need a raise.“

“Loved the inside set up and the workers were nice and quick. Overheard a hirer up teaching and she was so patient soft-spoken, absolutely loved their Christmas set up for photos thought that was a wonderful idea... Food just wasn't all the hype that I have heard I guess I expected more but wouldn't mind trying again.“

“Honestly, my experience today made me a patron of this Big Boy for life. My husband and I took our 4-year-old to celebrate her last day of school. The service was attentive and the food was good. While we were there, more of my family wanted to come and join us and have desserts so we stalled for a bit. When my family arrived, my nephew went and played the claw machine...and the machine didn't drop the prize right and it got stuck. The manager and staff went above and beyond trying to help make this right for him. And not only that, the manager gave my daughter and niece a special prize also. I understand not all days will be like this and this won't be the same for other customers and the crane machine isn't even their problem, but I left the restaurant with 3 children who were made to feel extra special by the manager and that wins every time. The manager also chased me down outside the restaurant to give me my sunglasses I had left at the table. This manager went above and beyond for my family, and I guarantee she will give superior service to anyone else who enters this establishment. Her staff was great, but it's probably because she's an amazing also!“
