“We had a bridal shower in the Barrel Room. From start to finish, every staff member we worked with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Andrea, Trey, and Phoebe are top notch! The space was beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing, and our guests loved it! Thank you for helping us celebrate our bride-to-be!“

“We went to 1873 to celebrate our 44th anniversary. The cocktails and food was great for the most part. Our appetizer was the lobster deviled eggs - very good. I had the pork porterhouse - substitited the mushroom for the potatoes ...which although was quite large was very good. My husband had the ribeye - he enjoyed it but said he would order it rare next time. The steak was slightly over cooked, but was very tender. We split our dessert - key lime pie - which came on a plate with Happy Anniversary written in cinnamon on the plate. Also very good. The service was exceptional.“

“This is our first time here and from the start our service was awful! We stood by a sign that said wait to be seated as two waitress was went past us and never said a word. We asked, “do we seat ourselves?” As one dashed by and she said, “yes I thought someone told you.” So we sit down and wait and no one serves us. My husband finally had to go get someone, again. 3 waitresses we’re walking by our table. I think it’s obvious we won’t be back, even if the food is good.“

“We ordered the white pizza and boom boom shrimp for a late nite snack, did not disappoint! Really love the chill vibe and the festive looking lights strung all around while we sat at the bar enjoying a perfectly prepared cocktail! So glad to have Fuel back open again, we’ll be back again soon!“
