I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins from my home, but so worth it! My sister-in-law and I walked in the store and I was still choked up and had tears in my eyes in a panic. Noelle to the rescue! I told her I needed to create a donut wall and she helped me pick out six dozen of the cutest donuts and everything that would hang well. It looked absolutely perfect, all the guests commented on how amazing they were, and all 6 dozen were gone by the end of the night! So, THANK YOU!“

I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar, and a half dozen box of mixed donuts that included Birthday Cake, Cherry Almond, Blueberry, Brown Butter, Vanilla Bean, and Raspberry with Sprinkles. OhhhhMyyyyyGoooooodness......best donuts just about that I've ever had. 1000x better than chain or grocery store donuts 🤤 Soooo much flavor 👌🏻 I ordered off a delivery app, so not sure about store cleanliness or friendliness but they were accurate and fast! Definitely will order from here again, and try a different variety 😋“

“Whoever was working yesterday morning around 6/6:30 am (woman, dark hair) was a true gem! I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! “Ive been coming to this location for several years. They have a very clean dining area great for study/working.

The donuts and coffee are always fresh and all sammwiches are made at the time of ordering. They have excellent food and pastries here.

Many of the staff here are long time employees and are all friendly and kind. Hard working, always keeping things clean and stocked.

Ive traveled the states and can say this is one of the better coffee shops to visit. Thanks guys 💯“

“Went here for the first time today (day before Thanksgiving) and it was good. Decided to try something new today and branch out from my usual basic self since it's on the edge of the end of fall/ beginning of winter. I decided to try a medium sized spiced cookie iced coffee with oatmilk, three shots of vanilla, a splash of sweet cream and sweet vanilla cold foam on top. I went inside, thankfully, because after I tried to sip I decided to add two sugars to it because I thought it needed a little bit more sweetness. But I am definitely a sweetness girl and have always been a huge fan of drinks when I have the option to choose for myself. But I can handle drinks if they aren't sweet. I just prefer sweeter drinks. But I did drink the whole thing and thoroughly enjoyed it and would consider ordering it again. But maybe getting a little bit more than a splash of sweet cream next time. The workers were great. My drink was delivered splendidly and quickly and I have nothing to say but good things.

The service was a bit slow but that’s only because there was only 2 people and one of them was in training, but they were super friendly and it was a great experience. My coffee taste amazing.
