Never been here went for my anniversary, it looks like a Pub but it is really nice inside. The the back is the front and vice versa. The back overlooks the lake depends on your seating which was beautiful. The hostess/waitress was amazing she took really care of us.we had appetizers and our dinner was great, I had the lobster plate, my hubby had shrimp, he could have eaten more but my meal was fulfilling. He ordered some side of wings and mushrooms which made him full after that....read full review
Grand Mere is a local staple. Food is consistent and generally very good. I just really think it's time to update the place. I enjoy eating in the cranberry bog bar too. Make sure to make reservations!
While traveling from Chicago to Detroit for my 70th birthday baseball stadium adventure. My husband and I decided to find a local place to eat. What a find. The food was amazing. Service from Kathy was exceptional. We felt like they truly cared about us. The chef, Sarah came to our table to say how glad she was that I enjoyed her dish. It’s a hidden gem with amazing drinks, friendly service, and delicious food, including ribs and steak, making it a go-to spot for many. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the food is so good that guests would come back again and again, with some even looking forward to trying the king crab legs.
