Traditional meat, seafood and poultry. Great wine list. Cozy atmosphere but popular on weekends so it might be loud. The Cranberry Bog bar in front is nice and quaint. Don’t miss fireside chats and drinks during the colder months.
Food is awesome. It did cost us a bit but we had a few drinks which you can eliminate to keep the bill more reasonable.
Jamie, our server was excellent. Food arrived quickly. Many seafood options available.

It’s a hidden gem with amazing drinks, friendly service, and delicious food, including ribs and steak, making it a go-to spot for many. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the food is so good that guests would come back again and again, with some even looking forward to trying the king crab legs. Visitors also enjoy the Brie in puff pastry with cherry sauce appetizer, which is often highlighted as the best part of the meal. The view of Lake Michigan makes up for the sometimes slow service and close seating. The restaurant is popular, often full shortly after opening, and remains a special place for families and couples alike. The attentive service, like that from the excellent server Tracy, and the consistently delicious food, including the seafood platter and Dover sole with summer corn risotto, keep guests returning.
