“My review is relative to other McDonald’s restaurants that I’ve been to… I’m actually surprised at all the very low ratings this location has received. I find this McDonald’s to be the best one around and I make it a point to go to this location if I want McDonald’s because the food always comes out as expected and the customer service I’ve experienced there has always been good. Maybe I’m just lucky, but I’ll keep going there unless they disappoint, but this is my preferred McDonald’s location.“

“A five-star review in special hopes it has some staying power. This is a classic American diner with focus on one thing: quality. Seed oil-free fried products, hand-cut potatoes, hand-pattied burgers; the menu is a fantastic selection. The Filling Station isn't necessarily re-inventing the wheel with their offerings, but whoever the owner is does this with love.

Our server was quick and extremely nice, pleasant, earnest, and knowledgeable. The restaurant seemed slow for a Thursday, but they were near to closing.

I would have really liked having this place around when I went to high school in Commerce.

Need to go back for breakfast. Also, it looks like they have a wicked BOGO free burger deal 2-4pm every day.“

“I stop by Hunter house anytime I am in the area. They have the best burgers, onion rings fries you can look over the menu inside and not one thing in there I would not recommend trying. That is my go to spot when I want a top of the line fresh burger yes can be busy, But it’s definitely worth the wait. I have never gotten my order wrong or the wrong order for that matter. The staff is good. They are friendly, funny great sense of humor. I’ve been going there for years and I’ll still keep going. It’s a great place. If you want something from outside of the ordinary, it’s grilled and deep fried right there. You can either call ahead and have your order done or you can walk right in you can dine in or you can order a carryout right from the inside. It’s a local treasure for Birmingham, Royal Oak, Southfield, and Clawson, Michigan“

“The burgers are great but the price is astounding considering the product and the service is extremely slow if you order at the window, likely due to understaffing. In 2024 the slider wars have become more like a slider pillow fight - we could do with another competitor somewhere in the area so Greene's and Bates can't rest on their laurels.“

“This is my first time dining in at a Steak ‘n Shake in a long time, but it was a great experience! For dine in orders you order on a kiosk then seat yourself. When the order is ready they call out your name. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes on a mildly busy Saturday night. The food tasted as expected for a fast food restaurant, the shoestring fries were a standout. The interior of the restaurant is a bit outdated, but pretty clean.“

“I usually LOVE this place. But the food has been very inconsistent lately at the Troy, MI location. I get the same thing every week. And every week it’s a little different. I get the mixed platter. Last week there was no sauce, and I always order extra on the side, but the little cup was only half full. So, no sauce on the platter, and barely any on the side. This week there were more onions than gyro/chicken. Barely any meat; very meager portion. And still, side of sauce only half full. Super disappointed. I’ll give them one more chance, then I’ll have to stop giving them my business.“

“Cute, comfy, and eclectic spot! The staff here are such a delight, which is definitely the highlight (aside from a vegan friendly establishment in Waterford/Clarkston). I’ve been here twice so far, and we ordered the LA Garden and Picasso, which are breakfast scrambles (tofu sub $1.50 and vegan cheese sub $1). The lattes are also nice.“

“The regular Waterford scene sees an honest Irish bar with young culinary talent and a penchant for activation. This hole-in-the wall has a lot of character and remarkably good food (by Waterford standards). There is a lot of traditional Irish fare, and you can tell that love goes into the menu. I've heard the burger was good too. I'm gonna go back for that.

Where it's successes are many there is a dive element it is trying to shake - it almost feels like the business would benefit with a reimagining of the space and a shifting of the layout.

I think it would be great to see more Irish whiskeys too.“

“AWESOME! Visited on 2-8-24 at 12:15 pm. Ordered at drive-thru Double Whopper w/ Cheese Meal. Fries perfectly hot and prepared with to golden with Sift potato perfect interior. The burger was way more huge than any I've ever had with generous toppings. It was freshly prepared and hot. Service was delivered in a friendly manner by the young man at the window. This BK will be the one I go to from now on.“

“I don't like eating in my car but I LOVE eating at the drive-up A&W in Berkley. Most of the time I park and order/eat at the small tables on the west side of the building. Typically I get the Papa Burger and a foot long hot dog. I ALWAYS get a mug of root beer. There is nothing quite like a tall, ice-cold mug of A&W root beer straight out of the tap. I think it is the cane sugar which tastes like my childhood. It never disappoints and always delivers on good feelings. If you see a guy munching on a burger in one hand and frosty mug of root beer in the other next to a motorcycle parked out front - that's me!“

“I was at Burger King Friday 5/27/22 went through drive thru was long as usual. But had a coupon and really wanted a burger. I had stayed away for months because of the service dealing with drive thru; but Friday was different my order was HOT ; the lady that took my order was nice and professional too. My orders in the pass were never HOT I never appreciated the workers they had doing drive thru in the pass. That kept me away. I was very pleased on Friday and will start coming back more. I never get HOT food going thru drive and I believe Burger King is reading these reviews and are trying to improve. I give Burger King 5 stars .“
