The Bleu Moose Bakery cafe is a must stop for Tawas! Delicious pastries and more. Everything we tried was delicious! We had a triple crème brownie, crack cookie, raspberry cream cheese danish, quiche, ham and swiss croissant, baklava, and a bakers choice can’t remember the exact name but basically oatmeal cookie with butter crème on the inside. Don’t judge 🤣🤣 We will definitely be back 🤤🥰 The entire bakery was painted by the owner and the owner was in there serving...
What a local treasure. Val, Heather, and Phil have truly made something special here. Pastries, breads, assorted sweets, and seasonal savory meals.
They have also done a great job of creating a sense of community. Don't be surprised if they end up greeting you by name, or know your preferred order.

This little bakery is perfection! Great people and magnificent bites- both sweet and savory are incredible. The attention to detail, the flavor combinations and the well-executed techniques add up to amazing eats! Make sure to try the baklava and any cookie you can get your hands on!
