OMG! Finally made it to the Blue Moose Bakery in Tawas. This was the best croissant I have had on this side of the Atlantic! The Cinnamon Roll was also amazing. Great Coffee and so friendly. From the cute cloth napkins and real china, just really a wonderful little place and a great way to start our Saturday on the sunrise side!!!
This bakery is a local gem. Although their hours are limited, and favorite items may sell out quickly, it seems to reflect the owner’s dedication to quality more than anything. Fresh baked breads, cookies, and pastries are of the highest caliber. The croissants in particular could stand up against the finest artisanal bakery in any big city. Inside, the shop the decor is charming and quaint. There’s also a small variety of home goods or gift items for sale....
The Bleu Moose Bakery cafe is a must stop for Tawas! Delicious pastries and more. Everything we tried was delicious! We had a triple crème brownie, crack cookie, raspberry cream cheese danish, quiche, ham and swiss croissant, baklava, and a bakers choice can’t remember the exact name but basically oatmeal cookie with butter crème on the inside. Don’t judge 🤣🤣 We will definitely be back 🤤🥰 The entire bakery was painted by the owner and the owner was in there serving...
