“I talked to Aiden/Andrew (not sure exactly the name, but something very similar starting with an 'a')... a manager at a site in Taylor Michigan on ecorse rd.. he was very sweet very informative on the impossible burger cooking procedures... I'm a manager at a McDonald's on joy rd and Merriman and I was very happy with the information he gave me. I cannot have animal products due to allergies and he was very kind even though they were obviously busy. He told me exactly how to ask for my food and was obviously in his rush. I called another store thinking it was the corporate number to give a good review of him and they were also kind, unfortunately asking what was wrong which I understand and a retail and food employee and manager. I just hope he gets the recognition he deserves in that fast paced very emotional and difficult work environment. Thank you all for being so kind I wish more workers were like you and I wish more employees and customers were able to recognize the ability to take calls and stupid questions and recognize your ability to stay so calm and polite“
“Can’t really rate the food since I don’t eat Burger King, but came here late to pick up a DoorDash and had my toddler with me who’s been potty training. At the speaker I asked if they would unlock the door so she could use the bathroom and the manager let us in . Was extremely nice and didn’t make it seem like it was an inconvenience. Really appreciated him!“
“Super friendly staff. The performance of the staff has improved over the past 6 months. They more than likely will ask you to pull to the front to wait on your food. However now it's not a guarantee every time as it was before. I would say now about only 50% of the time I'm asked to pull to the front to wait and the other 50 I actually get it at the window.
Either way they've never messed up my order and the food and staff is indeed very pleasant“

“I just wanted to share that I come to this Burger King often, I work close by and EVERY time I come and eat here the service is excellent! I have had a number of different people who work here help me and EVERY person EVERY time has been amazing! The food is great and you can I always tell when something has been prepared with care.
