I took my 97 year old mother through the drive through after her doctor's appointment. I ordered ordered 3 bagels (my sister was meeting us at my mom's for lunch) and when we got home there were 2 bagels and only 1 was correct. Also, we asked for them not to be cut and they were. In addition they were dry. I called when we got home and the manager was rude on the phone. He said bring the bagels back with the receipt and he will discuss a refund. First, we only had 2 bagels not 3 and second I explained my mom is in a wheel chair and I can't get back there today. I was told too bad. I don't plan on going back there!

I will probably not be returning to your particular store (Taylor, MI). Your service has been good and the food as well. I am not coming back simply due to several of your very rude customers who insist on having loud phone conversations all while on speakerphone. Also the ones that listen/watch videos on their phone at FULL volume. Many in your customer base do seem to have the social awareness to keep their phone conversations quiet and personal. However, there are a certain few that do not. I frequent many coffee shops and unfortunately several visits to your store have been cut short because of the rudeness. I typically do not experience this in the Woodhaven, MI store….

I understand that since Covid, restaurants along with other businesses are struggling. I don't agree that lack of staff should equate poor quality. It has been the quality of food provided by Panera Bread that have kept me a long time customer. But after yesterday, I'm not sure if I'll continue to do business with them. My husband ordered the Pick Two with a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The sandwich was in super poor condition. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which also left me wanting something else. My poor child, who was eager to have the sandwich I raved about in the past was left extremely disappointed when he opened his order. His Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich had a glob of bbq-d meat slapped into the middle of the bread. The cheese and onions were nonexistent. The bread was mushy. The whole order was a $30 waste.

I was visiting Taylor this weekend and I was very glad to find the same good food I am used to in Florida. Panera Bread has the same yummy food in Taylor as in Florida. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Forgot a flatbread pizza, gave me a tuna sandwich instead of turkey sandwich, and they threw bagels on top of everything in the bag. Soooo pretty awful service!

I was so looking forward to having the egg soufflés for breakfast this morning along with some fruit and pastry! Ordered it last night for delivery this morning - then I received a call this morning that they didn’t have any souffles. First you put kale in practically every dish, and now you don’t even make your breakfast meals. We found a copycat recipe online for these so we might not need you to cook for us anymore
