Apparently workers don’t want to take orders. Sat in drive through and inside lane got orders taken while outside lane was ignored.
If you're going, don't go hungry, it will be 20 minutes to get your incorrect order.
Pull up and wait...and wait, and wait.
Actually faster to go to a sit down restaurant anymore.
Person in front of me at the drive thru ordered most of the menu and recorded all of his drinks and bags of food in about 3-5 mins. I ordered 2 burgers and was asked to pull forward and sat there for about 15 min before I called to ask about my order. They stated they had just finished and it was about to come out to me. However, the Coke was deemed "meh" and the customer had to request extra ice, though the staff claimed the amount was sufficient. Another customer had a negative experience, missing a small fry in their order and facing rude and unprofessional staff who were closing early. Conversely, a customer who was initially told they were out of sausage burritos was able to get one after threatening to call their "biker buddies." The restaurant is kid-friendly with Happy Meals. Some items can be incorrectly made, but an amazing manager quickly rectified the situation. Service is quick, though sauce for nuggets is often forgotten, and the nuggets themselves may look thinner. McFlurrys are sometimes not mixed.
