They do not turn the heater on, it is freezing inside and people are wearing coats.
I asked for it and was met with a rude staff. They like it freezing cold cause it is hot in the kitchen but they have to think of the customer. Very uncomfortable to get your hot food that cools in 1 minute and to eat with a big coat on.
Ordered a full caprese sandwich and got basically the end pieces of the loaf of bread. Definitely not worth the price

Normally I would get Panera bread a high rating but this location has had some sort sewage issue that has existed for weeks!!!!! It smells disgusting here and it hits you when first come in the door . It hasn't always smelled so bad . I've been coming here all year but something disgusting is definitely going on here and it's not getting fixed!!!!! I may call the health department soon

Wasted my time, money, gas, mileage. Just to sit in the drive thru for like my whole lunch break 20 or so mins just for them to make my food a grilled cheese and mac and cheese 20 minutes to make them two things? Crazy to me but okay. So some guy said he’ll bring it out to me in 2 mins if I drive to front of building..never did so I just left because I had limit time and had to go back to work I’ll never go here again. Or this location anyway. Thanks. All I got was my drink out of everything. Lmao.

They have a great Caprese sandwich. Soups are really good. Love their papaya mango green tea
When you coming to the restaurant you can smell the rug it needs to be cleaned. Employees were nice and kind but was not paying attention to the order. I received most of my order. Because it was takeout I didn't go back to get the rest of my food, and drink was missing also. I don't like to complain , but it is what it is.
