This Starbucks location has incredibly incompetent management of the business. From constant online ordering being shut off (or even listing main ingredients as out of stock so you can’t order popular drinks), to frequently closing early at random times (primarily weekends), and closing the lobby often (forcing you to wait in 25-30minute drive thru lines).
I am firmly in the belief that the management and district manager lack any sort of care in addressing these issues at this location or they are simply afraid of holding people accountable to providing even the most basic customer experience by simply just being open and letting people order ahead.
That being said, there are some very friendly baristas here and the drinks are typically always spot on.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have worked near this location for over 6 years and in that time I’ve not had one good experience. They choose not to open the inside randomly? They turn off mobile orders every other day. The line is always wrapped around the building?? But today was the cherry on top. Placed a mobile order for INSIDE pickup (yay it was WORKING!!!!!!), get to the store and the inside is closed but the drink is ready.. I’m told I have to wait in the LONG ASS LINE for the drive thru. Asked for a refund instead, nope! I’m sure no one inside cares either because they don’t get paid enough. I’d say do better, but I know you can’t. Zero stars. This place sucks.

I don’t frequent Starbucks but when I do I get the exact same drink every time, so I know my iced white chocolate mocha is supposed to come with whipped cream I feel bamboozled other than that though the people were nice.
I do not know the staff members name(s) that took my order and took the time to do this but Thank you for going above and beyond. This really put a smile on face! And I really needed this, sometimes the small things can make a difference! Thank you so much 😊 ❤️

Hi, I'm a door dasher, we dashers go to alot of restaurants. Your Starbucks, we'll one person at your store. The morning manager is rude to dashers. We're just making a living

Fast service and friendly workers
Horrible service. All baristas moved slowly and focused mainly on the drive thru patrons not those in the store. Unfortunate for this spot as it’s right off the highway and should have much better customer service. I paid for my drink but left because after 20 mins it wasn’t made.

Frappuccino‘s are ok but they put to much wipe cream even if you ask for light whip cream
My wife and I order the same thing at Starbucks every time, 5 shot Americano and green tea frap. I know the taste and strength with the 5 shot. This last experience at this Starbucks was not a 5 shot and the green tea frap had large ice chunks. Definitely not made to the Starbucks standard. When confronted we were told the extra shot was additional charge. Not a big deal and did not complain or want money returned. Hopefully employees learn and make better drinks

went through the drive-thru this morning to get my usual iced matcha with oat. the blonde girl working the window was very lovely, and a great employee. 5/5, will be returning tomorrow!!

Busy busy
I waited 20 minutes in the drive through before a girl blocked it with a trash can and told me they are shutting down the line when i was next. I asked should i go in? She responded rudely that the drive through was closed again. Maybe stop the line behind the people already in line? There were 6 cars. This place doesn’t open on time and I'm going to drive further to avoid this location.
