came inside today to pick up an Online order, I didn’t have to wait too long but when I was standing there waiting, there was one employee that stood out to me the most. he was very attentive, greeted me instantly, even in the middle of chaos because they seemed to be pretty busy at the time, All around just completely on top of everything. He was putting my order together at the same time, stocking up the restaurant with things that they needed. He was very pleasant, and had a great attitude the entire time during their rush, smiling while staying calm and everything. On my way out, I asked him what his name was, and I believe he said, Eric Brothers. he definitely deserves acknowledgment.

This location has made me give up on Wendy’s for a while. Nothing is ever fresh or correct. Manager is NOT managing. Wendy’s will soon be like BK if they keep this up because this isn’t the only poor location around here! How hard can it be to make some fries with cheese and bacon!!!!!!!

Poor service. Waited in drive through no one. Said anything. Went inside. It took 10 before I could order. Staff having a conversation not acknowledging the customers at all. Definitely not going back. Customer service is key. The purpose of fast food is to receive your food fast.

Every time I go to this location. I regret it. This last time my fries were cold. My classic dble patties were so cold the cheese was still cold cold.. I ordered my dbl with no lettuce, so I stood and waited for my burger to be made.. I feel like they cook way ahead of time. And sit on the patties. The cook simply had to know my burger was old and cold.. thats the last dollar Wendy's gets from me..

I tried going to this Wendy’s right after I got off of work and on the website it says they are open till 1:00am and I get there at 12:00 and they tell me they are closed I don’t get why they would close a whole hour before they are supposed to it quite ridiculous

FILTHY!!!! Worst Wendy's I've been to. Ketchup and sticky stuff all over the floor, tables left messy, bathrooms were awfully filthy (yes both). Men's soap didn't work (worker said "yeah it doesn't work in there, just use the women's." Neither paper towel dispenser worked. Ketchup cups were out. Wife's salad was wilty, apple slices looking aged, chicken looked off. Didn't eat it. My bun was stale. At least the fries and frosty were ok...
Manager here on afternoon of 11/10 doesn't know how to talk to people. Ordered on the app a pretzel baconator and other items, after being told to pull up to wait on order, an employee came out and told us the pretzel buns were no longer available and if a regular bun was fine. I asked if it was the same price, she said yes. I looked it up and seen there was a $1 price difference, so I went inside to ask her about it. The manager comes up and starts arguing with me about how it's only a $1 difference and that they can't see mobile orders until it comes up. Well the order already came up, how else would she have known we ordered the pretzel baconator? Also it isn't about the $1 but about the dishonesty, but she wouldn't listen and kept repeating the same excuses and "it's a dollar difference" until she finally interrupted me to ask "so did you want a frosty or what" which I said was fine, they gave me a tiny junior frosty and she says "and that costs more than a dollar". If $1 isn't such a big deal, why not start off by offering the full sized $2 frosty instead of arguing with me and then giving me the tiny $1.49 frosty? You know, because $1 isn't a big deal...when it's off the customers end only, apparently.

I went thru drive thru ordered and then was parked with no customers behind me was brought half my order so i go inside were i hear all the employees are cussing and and talking among them selfs i goto the counter and wait...after a few mins the manager comes over and i tell her i was missing the chilli's she acts rudely with major attitude like I interrupted their conversations an that i was lying about not receiving all of my order she then gets the chilli's and slams them into the bag in an attempt to explode them in the bag so I get home less then few blocks and everything is cold the chilli cups have old hard chilli stuck down the side of the cups like they were sitting in a heated cupboard all day the nuggets and frys were old and nasty i literally threw it all in the trash and ordered pizza's
