This restaurant is a mess. Super rude crew, Pam especially. None of them know what they're doing. Had a max of 4-5 orders between drive thru, mobile, and lobby orders and they couldn't get any orders right. Didn't know how to make Frostys. Someone should tell them the purpose of a mobile order shelf is you PUT THE ORDERS ON THEM but instead they keep them behind the counter so customers stand around waiting. Took us 40 minutes to get a mobile order between them struggling to figure out what orders what and not even knowing it was done. Pam then yells at us for not coming up and asking for the order. Again, THERE IS A SHELF. Couldn't pay me to come back here.

Somehow managed to both take forever when I’m the only one there and then when I got my sandwiches they were so hard that I couldn’t bite through it.. what took so long.. I miss the Northline Wendy’s
I literally had a Mobile pickup and I was the only one there when I did come to pick it up they didn’t even bother to double check what I ordered, they forgot my 10 piece spicy nuggets and when I told them they gave me a 4 piece regular nugget. Honestly to keep myself from going off because I was already a lil agitated from earlier I just pulled off. Im a just stop coming to Wendy’s as a whole a lot of locations just don’t care about giving you fresh food, or what you ordered. That’s a waste of money

The under New Management sign outside is apparently not a magical fix. Whatever is going wrong at this location has been going, the cashier was clearly high and forgot to take the person's payment before me before taking my order and then forgot to take my payment as well and then stared at me for a while and then got confused before I had to prompt him that I needed to pay. A couple minutes later he confidently handed me the wrong bag. The bathroom towels are in a pile on the floor the toilet looks like you can imagine and the flusher is broken.

Just about every time I order from this location, something is wrong with my order. This last time it was wrong drink, wrong drink size, wrong dressing and no cookie. Last time I order anything from here. Get it together.

Gotta love the Dave's double
I ordered the Dave’s Double, and unfortunately it was served cold. The burger didn’t taste fresh, and it really took away from the experience. I usually enjoy Wendy’s, but this time the quality wasn’t up to standard. Hoping the location improves on making sure food is served hot and fresh.

Best Wendy's experience I've had in years. Food order was accurate, hot, fresh & fast. The bacon on my jbc was actually crispy, made such a difference in the sandwich. You have a great staff, saw the sign about new management & the difference shows

Waited about 10 minutes inside trying to order and was not greeted and completely ignored, we got frustrated so we went to the drive thru and ordered instead but when we got to the window to pay I got ignored for another 3 minutes or so before the lady finally took our money. She did not hand us a receipt. I had left the parking lot but decided to check the food, they forgot to give us a frosty AND a fry, I went to turn back but the line was really far out in the drive thru and when I went to go in I got ignored AGAIN. I also asked for a chili specifically with the hot sauce and they couldnt even give me the spoon!! How am I supposed to mix it in, with my fingers??? Terrible service and my money was stolen from me.

Everytime I go to this Wendy's the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. would not recommend if you can avoid it.
I have done DoorDash from there (as a driver) for breakfast and morning management has no professionalism.
This is by far the worst run Wendy's I have ever been to ever and if I could give 0 stars I would and I never say that about a place ever.
