Your online app is broken and according to your manager at the Plymouth, MI location, it is my fault. Ordered 20 tenders with 4 dipper sauces. Rcvd 20 tenders tossed in sauce. It does say toss them in your favorite sauce for $1 more but there is no option to select toss or not to toss. Ironically, I did not get charged to toss Manager basically blamed me for their broken app and wanted to 'burn off' the sauce by refrying them rather than remaking my order or refunding. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

The sandwich was terrible and made us sick after. This was the second time trying and will not be back. On top of that it took a hour to get two sandwiches and a kids meal which was cold and we were one of the only tables in eating

I really like the food, but the quality of service and cleanliness of the store here in Richmond has seriously declined.
Decided to order through the app today, and arrived at the store(20 minutes after ordering mind you) only to find that my order would be another 30 minutes. The store wasn't even busy. There isn't a warning for long wait times through the app, nor is there a way to cancel my order, so I guess I'm sticking this one out in the parking lot.
At close to an hour wait and for the price, it's more cost and time effective to make wings at home.

Amanda and Hunter take care of our team every week. They are dependable and our very large orders are always prepared perfectly and packaged better than any other restaurant in the area. Highly recommend!! Love the mac and cheese. Cornbread is the best!!!
Amanda was fantastic! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to walk me through the menu and recommend her favorites. She recommended the buffalo lemon pepper which was absolutely amazing! I usually go to wing stop but I’m so happy I tried Wing Snob- this will be my go to wing place from now on!

Great food and service, definitely try the buffalo boneless and lemon pepper as well as the southwestern loaded fries. Kids love the tenders. We will definitely keep coming back!!
The GM Amanda was such a sweetheart! She helped me through all the menu options and recommended her personal favorites. I got the buffalo lemon pepper boneless wings and they were phenomenal!!! Best wings I've had in a very long time! Amazing food and even better customer service! Will definitely be back!

Usually the food here is phenomenal. Tonight definitely was the exception. Burned to the point of crumbling chicken, coagulated and congealed Mac and cheese that tasted like chunky spoiled milk. Nearly $40 of inedible food. I definitely won’t be returning again.

pricey I got a 8 piece traditional wing combo and a cheesecake. Honestly the size of this isn’t worth 30$ and they charge 1.30$ for condiments but the flavor is nice.
