Lol bought a 16oz mac n cheese, bro handed me boiled macaroni with some valveeta cheese mashed together and heated in a microwave(had no flavor, not even salt) 🤣 then ol'e girl at the counter forgot to pack my corn bread, I had to go back in there to get it. I ordered their chicken sandwich that comes on toast bread, brodie made it for me sloppy as heck on a brioche bun. They don't respect the customers here, I spent 50 dollars for Mac Donald service. Wings was straight but overall poor service. Should have went to dave's hot chicken like 10 mins away on the corner of allen rd and west rd. These people not holding it down, straight foolishness! Will never return.

Food was really good little cold which is odd being i waiting over an hour for it to be made one worker doing all online orders and in store orders she was doing her best so not her fault but corporate should be ashamed working her like that with no help won’t be back due to the wait time
I am so disappointed because I have enjoyed the Buffalo wings, the Parmesan wings and the lemon pepper in the past. I went yesterday and got a 20 piece, it was horrible never have I thrown chicken wings away. It was terrible trying to eat. The chicken was was like rubber. Trying to pull the chicken from the bone and skin was an impossible task. I don’t understand what happened to the quality. This meat must come from a different vendor!! It was definitely off. I threw away 15 wings. What a waste of money.I won’t be returning.
Update I reached out to you as you requested, yet no response from you. Unbelievable! Initially I made a call to the store after getting home and realizing how horrible and different the food was. I was told that I wasn’t the only one that complained and there was a difference in the chicken. I guess writing the review didn’t help either.

They did an excellent job catering out neighborhood summer picnic. We served over 1400 wings and fries and everyone loved them. Their service was excellent and Peter and Hetsl were great to work with.
