Friendly and knowledgeable team members. I was indecisive for what I wanted to order and the girls working gave great recommendations. The store is clean and has adequate seating. The atmosphere is fun and cheerful.

10/10 service, the people who work there are absolutely AMAZING!! But would not recommend any of the boba other than the bursting, and even then it is not the best I've had. The jellies barely fit up the straw, some dont. The regular, non bursting Boba is absolutely atrocious. The bursting Boba is either too basic, or too sweet. Would not recommend any of the milk flavors, tasted like Pepto-Bismol.

Today was our first time here. The atmosphere was clean and nice! The tea tasted great! The only thing I did not love as a first time Boba drinker was when I asked what options were available I was told to look at the menu. I looked up but the digital menu was not working. I let the staff know and asked again if she could tell me dairy free options for my daughter . She then told me to scan a QR code to access the menu. Apparently telling me options was too much of an effort. The staff said their were too many options. I scanned the QR code, but it did not work. I then asked again if the staff could please just tell me an option my daughter could have. If she would have just answered my question from the start instead of referring me to a broken digital menu and then a broken QR code it would have been a 5 star experience, but I was made to feel like a bother so I won’t be back. Later in the day I visited a competitor and had a much better experience. There really were not that many options…pick a base, pick a flavor, pick a boba! She could have just said which bases were dairy free.

THEY ARE THE BEST you gotta try a chocolate and carmle with tapioca and strawberry popping boba could you guys put that a special one day i am in love with z's boba I hear we get boba tea and I instantly wanna go here please make chocolate and carmle with tapioca and strawberry popping boba a special or drink of the day i would absolutely love it anyway sorry its sooo long but best place EVER!!!!

I like this place. Only been here twice and bought the same thing for both of those times, I bought Brown Sugar Boba (Large w/ almond milk) with tapioca pearls. 🧋 In my opinion with massive case of sweet tooth, their Brown Sugar Boba is not as sweet as the other places I’ve been at Windsor hence why I only gave 4 stars. Place has Kiosk so that’s nice and the overall atmosphere is good as well.
