Subway is a restaurant known for its friendly and helpful employees who go above and beyond to resolve issues. The menu features a variety of vegetarian options, including a veggie sub, but does not provide meat substitutions. Many customers have reported that the sandwiches are "amazing." However, some recent feedback highlights issues with cleanliness, as the floors were dirty and tables needed cleaning during one visit. Additionally, customers have mentioned challenges with online ordering and coupon policies, which have affected satisfaction. Despite these concerns, the restaurant maintains a positive reputation and is considered one of the best in the area, with a loyal customer base that appreciates the perfectly made subs and kind staff. There is a note that the Tecumseh Subway no longer chops its salads, leading to a bowl of veggies instead, and some feel the price does not reflect the value for a breadless sub.
