We experienced the tour at the Valparaiso location. Our tour guide Mandy was highly knowledgeable and very engaging. Afterwards we had dinner and while the meal did not come out as ordered, once the staff was made aware, they made every attempt to correct the problem. The food and drinks were delicious and we had a wonderful date night.
I went to the three oaks location and the waitress that we had was phenomenal from looks to her personality. She was absolutely nice and we received the best customer service ever, trust me she’s the best. With that being said her name is savanna. Thank you again

If one comes in with a good attitude, then you’re certainly treated well beyond normal pleasantries, and leave with a GREAT attitude. In my opinion, any bad reviews of this place reflects jealousy. Many of us can have a bad day, even those that serve visitors....
