Great experience here. Service was top notch and food was good. Excellent whiskey flights; we got the heritage flight and enjoyed every single offering. Cocktails were mid: lavender gimlet was too lavender-forward and had a soapy flavor towards the end; black mission fig OF had zero fig flavor and the cherry garnish gave the the whole drink a cough medicine vibe. Beautiful older industrial building converted to a distillery & restaurant. Excellent atmosphere. Food was good except for blackened salmon option on a large blt salad was not blackened with minimal taste.
Loved this restaurant! We had a great waitress - Kathy - who was informed and cheerful about the menu. We definitely tried several additional items because of her enthusiasm. We had the smoked trout spread (delicious!), the potato fritters (very creamy!) the friend chicken sandwich, southwest salad and the Detroit style pizza (don't miss it).
