“First of all, do not sleep on FoxFires chicken strips! I tried them for the first time today because my kids ordered them and they are by far the best I’ve ever had! Which, if the chicken strips are good you know the rest of the menu is simply immaculate, they truly have amazing food.As always it’s the best experience, my little one loves it, the staff is so welcoming and friendly. “We enjoyed a late breakfast at T.A.P. Cafe. It was relatively quiet shortly before 11:00 am. The restaurant was dealing with some storm damage from a few days prior, as were other businesses in this complex, but signage helped avoid unusable areas. We sat at the large open door facing the park and river. It was nice to watch the boats navigate the river while we waited for our food. I had the Morning Philly Cheesesteak Burrito which was very flavorful with the combination of steak, cheese, fresh onions, peppers, and mushrooms and scrambled eggs. My wife enjoyed the Summer Berry Crepe. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and offered suggestions for places to visit in the area.”

“Have ordered the burgers here on two separate occasions. Kind of a “quirky” place in a good way (they know what they have, they have great burgers). They’re made fresh and made to order. Some of the very best burgers anywhere. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! If you’re a burger connoisseur, you need to eat here. Two thumbs up. Way up!!”

“We go to St Clair Riverview regularly for dinner and sometimes breakfast and enjoy it every time. Came for the Valentines Dinner. The food was amazing. The salmon dinner and the shrimp pasta dinner were excellent . The whole meal was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and service was great. ❤️. Would highly recommend.”

“Ordered here tonight for the first time. 2 large pizza with 4 topping each came to just under $60, a bit on the pricier side compared to other pizza joints.Both pizzas were generous with toppings and the right balance of cheese to go with the toppings. The one downside, I felt the crust is a little too thin for the amount of toppings on the pizza but not so bad I'm going to wreck your 5 stars.Keep up the great pizza baking!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Mid-afternoon on a Wednesday I find myself near Port Huron, MI (Hi, Canada??! ). New territory requires a brewery search. Found one!Friendly people (it is MI) and a wide open tap room with a handful of locals sampling the house made brews & liquors. Yes, they distill, too. Vodka, whiskey, rum, tequila plus hard seltzer (you drink them!).I ordered a flight, as per normal in a new place. A milk stout, a Scotch ale, a Berliner Weisse and a Belgian tripel. IPAs & lagers are available but I'm not a fan of those styles generally.They have food but as lunch was but an hour ago & dinner a ways off still, I did not partake. The selections sound quite good.Also, you can get 32 & 64 oz growlers to-go.”

“Super excited that this place has opened in St. Clair. Easily the most authentic Mexican food in the county, blowing Senor Tequilla (Port Huron) out of the water. If they have it, try their different salsas; the green tomatillo, smoky red salsa and creamy jalapeño were what I remember from my time abroad. We had the elotes, ceviche, a lengua (beef tongue) taco, and a vegetable quesidilla. All were on point. Will continue to support this new business.”

“A go to for pizza. Freshly made dough. Mozzarella is premium. Pizza sauce is a great mixture of sweet and bitter(in a good way). The undercarriage is done well and the crust has a crunchy but chewy inside.”

“This place is fantastic, stopped there by boat to try it out as we've been to Cabana Blue and island grill. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to dock and the food was amazing!! I had the meat plate which was brisket, smoked chicken and pork. Best brisket I've ever had! They have a cool outdoor bar area and several frozen drinks to choose from. You can go inside as well as they have nice area inside too. Definitely coming again.”

“I almost hate to post my review as I have nothing but great things to say about this place. This might cause my favorite eating place to become super crowded! We eat here often. The food is delicious and reasonably priced in todays market. Everything we've tried is just great. There are daily specials on food and drinks. The hamburgers and fries are good. We've tried the pulled pork and Philly steak sandwiches. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My only complaints is sometimes the jukebox music is too loud to be able to talk at your table and when the garage doors are open the smokers sit outside and smoke at tables where it clearly says not to do. This causes their smoke to come in the restaurant. Maybe they can't read. They do have live bands on the weekends too. If you haven't tried this place you certainly should. You won't be disappointed.”

“Great little mom and pop. You go there for the food and camaraderie, not the view. Not a big deal at all. It was my first visit and it was pretty apparent from the get go that everyone that walked in was a #Regular! There was hugging and good energy at every table. I'm in the process of moving while fasting, and I may have been a tad too anxious for coffee and food. Next time I'll know. The coffee was gr8, a very big deal to me. But let's talk about the corned beef hash...#NeverHaveIEver had such a delightful platter of spuds and protein set b4 me! It's was delightful AND made to order (which now I know does take a little longer,) so I had them omit the onions and green peppers, (both of which really bother me). That's a pretty big deal as well, cuz you KNOW it's not pre-made.I don't "do" bread, but I ordered a cup of sausage gravy and, yes, I smothered the hash. (Was SO hungry I did that b4 taking individual photos. Sorry abt that.) It was a large portion; more than I would've gotten most anywhere, but I managed to tuck it all away.... would've used a biscuit to clean the plate if I'd had one...it was that good.Thank you, Dee for stopping by.
