Was missing au jus for my French dip after putting in a $40 order through door dash. We are across town and didn’t drive there for a reason. The only reason I ordered the French dip is because I saw it came with the au jus. Apparently not. No cheese on it either. My delivery guy was super nice and waited in a busy line.

Ordered almost $30. Cheese sticks were not in my order. Had to get back in a long line of cars. Shakes were half melted by the time I got back to the window and for that matter the food was luke warm. Guy at the window was just making one excuse after the other - shake machine isn't working well, 3 people called in, bla, bla,bla. The professional thing to do would have been to tell me to pull over in the side lot and redo my order with everything in it hot and milkshakes cold...read full review
Always have some good eating here, usually just go through the Drive through, but nonetheless always have a good time here. Never had an experience with getting a wrong order.
