Consistently great food every time we go. Samantha is always so sweet and greets us by name. Wonderful place for big groups of family’s and friends because the menu is so big and doesn’t break the bank.

A little dated in the appearance, but other than that every thing was great. The staff was alert and friendly. My waitress Maddie was excellent!! Food and prices were great. Portions were just as i remember! lol. Its been many many years since my last Big Boy visit.
Food was delivered promptly and hot. The biscuits were light and fluffy too lol.

Wifes food was very overcooked and inedible. The appetizer platter was about the same, but we ate most of it. Definitely not up to Big Boy expectations. With so much here in Traverse city, I don’t think we'll be
back...
