A little dated in the appearance, but other than that every thing was great. The staff was alert and friendly. My waitress Maddie was excellent!! Food and prices were great. Portions were just as i remember! lol. Its been many many years since my last Big Boy visit.
Food was delivered promptly and hot. The biscuits were light and fluffy too lol.

Wifes food was very overcooked and inedible. The appetizer platter was about the same, but we ate most of it. Definitely not up to Big Boy expectations. With so much here in Traverse city, I don’t think we'll be
back...

Even though they were shorthanded service was prompt and courteous. I eat at other Bog Boy restaurants down state and the food here was definitely of better quality. We got the sample platter and seafood buffet and everything was absolutely amazing. If ever in TC again we will definitely be back.
