Fast, friendly service. Tried the nosh on everything bagel. It was delicious. Will stop here again next time we’re in T.C.

There was a line out the door when we arrived, however it moved fast and the staff was beyond friendly. Food was delicious (picture speaks for itself)

I really enjoyed the vibe, people were friendly and on it. Bagels were solid, not the best, but better than most. My gripe is with the undercooked bacon and overcooked scrambled eggs. I could have lived with the bacon, but if you brown your scrambled eggs then the more sulfuric the egg gets which just really kills an egg sandwich and cream cheese spread. Dial them eggs in and it’s a five for me, even with 30 plus min wait!
P.S. My wife loved the lox

i write this review as i am only halfway through my sandwich - this is the very best bagel i have had in the midwest (or possibly ever! including nyc). it is the most perfect bagel - texture, chew, crust, bubbles…just wow. service was friendly and speedy too. WOW!!!!!!!!!

Best bagels ever - specifically love The Nosh breakfast sandwiches. It’s carry out only and I highly recommend going early - this place is rightfully very popular and gets crowded, especially on weekends. It is worth the effort - we make a stop here whenever we are in TC.

Delicious bagels, cream cheeses and whitefish salad. Don’t be discouraged by a line out the door as the service is very efficient. It’s a shame to serve pork bacon in an establishment founded by a Jew. Remove it from your menu altogether. It won’t be missed.

This place is a must-try when you visit Traverse City! When you go, expect a line out the door that’s at least 30 minutes long but DO NOT LEAVE! Once you order, they’re super quick about getting your food out. Wait is no longer than 5 minutes which is super impressive for the volume of food they’re preparing. These bagels are legit. Jewish owned so you know it’s authentic and the bagels are all made from scratch. Lots of 1 star reviews with people saying the bagel was hard, it’s definitely on the harder side, but that’s literally what a real bagel is like. Get any bagel and you can’t go wrong, but if you want something unique get the za’atar bagel. And definitely get a breakfast sandwich. The nosh was good and it’s made with local bacon. My wife got the whitefish and she loved that too. They also have freshly made cream cheeses to purchase. That’s how you know a bagel shop has built some repertoire. GO TO BUBBIES BAGELS

Totally understandable when it’s annoying to be trying to go in last minute. Totally frustrating to find out they close and lock the doors, before advertised closing.
If you don’t want customers between 12:30 and 1:00 just close at 12:30.
