“I went through the DT today, and Rachel assisted me. She was helpful and sounded like a mom, in the best possible way. When I met her at the window, she was an absolute sweetheart. I actually cried when I left because my parents and childhood were pretty bad, and meeting her made me wonder if I had someone in my life like Rachel growing up, what a positive impact that would have been. This is a deep review, lol, but I want to make sure the management knows they have a special team member on their team.“

“Very clean place. the service was great. The cashier was very polite. Our 2 time there. I was telling the cashier that you buy a whopper, fry and coke for 89 cents in 1965. I was manager at store # 200.“

“We got to eat at J&S Hamburg new location in Kingsley and my goodness it was delicious!!! The atmosphere was homey and very clean! While it was very busy in there our food came out quickly and not once did we feel rushed. We will be back! 🧡🖤☕️“

“A pretty good spot. Most menu items are between $10-20. We did not order a burger, but there are 10 or so unique burgers on the menu. The jalapeño popper items (omelettes, burgers) really stuck out to me. I had the Philly wrap, it was great. Portions are not super huge, which is just fine. Cole slaw quality needs to be checked, that or it is just not their best item. The interior is very homey and will remind you of your home town diner.“

“If you have to get fast food may as well be Culver's as it's better than any other drive thru I've been to. Great service and fair prices. Butter burger was delicious and made fresh. Onion rings were subpar- could have been thicker rings. Cheese curds were alright. Ice cream was great.“

“This place was great! The bloody mary was delicious. We had the spinach dip with pita chips and tortilla chips. Tasted great. The wedge salad was so good. My husband had the chicken tenders and waffle fries which he thought were delicious. The wait staff were so friendly too. We will definitely be back!“

“Got a #10 Fish sandwich, small fries& a sprite, large onion rings and a hersey pie. Everything was great but they forgot my hersey pie. Called them and they said that they needed my name and that it was in the customer log. And I had 30 days to get my pie. Now that's customer service.“

“I ordered a burger and ribs on door dash. My food arrived hot, well made and packaged, and most importantly, it was delicious. I don't often take time out to write a review here, but I felt the back of the house, front of the house, and the dasher all exceeded my expectations! Thanks to all of you for a wonderful dinner and an amazing experience!“

“Best Wendys I've been to in a long time! I've been to one in Gaylord, West Branch and Grayling multiple times and the food/service is ALWAYS disappointing. This one though 10/10 recommend. The food was good, service was great and staff were very friendly! Super happy with this location and I will be back!“

“Staff seemed to not pay much attention to the front counter. They actually marked my order as served and then took an additional 6 minutes to get it to me just so they can meet their corporate metrics. When the order is ready you mark it served so your numbers are true.“
