Was in traverse city for a weekend getaway with my wife. After the disappointment of a steakhouse the night before i waa guided to SLABTOWN by the locals and let me begin...lol This place has one of the best burgers ive ever tasted ( the bohemian to be exact). Expectations were smashed WAY BETTER THEN EXPECTED. This is a must try if anywhere within a hour drive. ITS THAT GOOD! onion rings and frys were also great and the ranch was a perfect sauce. The burgers here were absolutely delicious! I had The slabtown Burger with Sweet potato fries ( which were the best I ever had!) and my husband had the mushroom melt burger, with the chili cheese fries, and being from Detroit the Chilly needs some work, it was ok.Overall, the service was good and fast, and keep in mind the inside dining area is very small it's a historical home, but very nice and quaint. We will definitely return when we visit the area again.

Slabtown is one of our must go to stops,everytime we are in TC..the staff are best I've seen ..quality of food top notch ..hot fast ..filling.. no better burger In TC..WISH I HAD A SLABTOWN BY ME...LOL
