“Grand Traverse Distillery Tasting Room is a fantastic spot in Traverse City. They have a wide selection of spirits including gin, rum, vodka, bourbon, wine, mead and whiskey, and everything I tried was excellent. The prices are very fair, and ordering a flight to sample different options is what is recommended, making it easy to explore their variety. The staff are welcoming and take the time to give you great advice about each tasting, which adds a lot to the experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to visit and a must-stop if you’re in town.“

“My Mom had the chili & black bean burger. She loved both! I had the French dip and I was great- the chips seemed homemade. A very quaint space too, but small so while we only waited about ten minutes, I would recommend reservations. Though there is plenty of shopping to keep you busy should you need to wait longer.“

“Drinks and food were pricey ($36 after tip for a side Caesar salad and truffle fries), but expected due to this being a rooftop bar. A little confusing on how to order food. We snagged a table and waited for someone to come by, only to realize you have to get up and order at a kiosk. Drinks were good.“

“As a Traverse City local and a regular at North Bar, I can't recommend this spot enough! The rotating seasonal cocktails are always a highlight, keeping things fresh and exciting with every visit. The staff here is simply amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always making you feel welcome. Whether I'm popping in for a casual drink or meeting up with friends, the atmosphere is always spot-on, offering just the right vibe for any occasion. North Bar has become my go-to, and I’m always looking forward to the next visit. If you're in TC, you absolutely need to check it out!“
