“So we were in town for a business trip and wanted a try out some local drinks. We popped into Grand Traverse and ran into Gabe who hosted us to a great tasting of their bourbons. He was super friendly and the bourbons were great. When it came time to close our tabs, Gabe surprised us with an unbelievable bill… he said Grand Traverse Distillery is about making their bourbon enjoyable and less about $. Thanks Gabe and I’ll be back next visit!“

“Food is pretty good but nothing special. It was convenient as I was staying at Hotel Indigo and it’s right in the lobby. The bar had a nice selection of drink options which was great.

“Absolutely love this restaurant! It is our favorite in Traverse City - truly the best Italian you can find anywhere! It is one of our go to spots (we go all the time). We went there tonight to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Armani made it truly such a special and memorable evening that we will always remember and cherish as a family. Miyoshi is also simply amazing!! If you want the best Italian and best service you truly cannot find anywhere better than The Flying Noodle. Everything we have ever ordered here is spectacular and they are doing everything right. We love their classic marinara, cheese bread, and meatballs just to name a few things (their sauce is legendary)! So much love for this little restaurant and their entire team that goes above and beyond each and every visit to create the best experiences! 🥰“

“As a Traverse City local and a regular at North Bar, I can't recommend this spot enough! The rotating seasonal cocktails are always a highlight, keeping things fresh and exciting with every visit. The staff here is simply amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always making you feel welcome. Whether I'm popping in for a casual drink or meeting up with friends, the atmosphere is always spot-on, offering just the right vibe for any occasion. North Bar has become my go-to, and I’m always looking forward to the next visit. If you're in TC, you absolutely need to check it out!“

“Great find! I didn’t catch our bartender’s name, but she was clearly very skilled and it was so cool to watch her making different cocktails. The drinks were awesome. The vibes of this place are so cool, and I love that dogs are allowed (we saw some beautiful dogs during our visit!). I would definitely go here again and recommend it to anyone that finds themself in the area.“
