“Fun, friendly and energetic staff. they make you excited to get your coffee/Energizer. My daughter was struggling to decide what she wanted and the person taking our order asked her probing questions (like what's your favorite candy, lemonade flavor, lollipop flavor) to help her decide what to get! Definitely recommend!“

“Stopped here on our way out of town and SO glad we did!!! The gingerbread latte and chestnut mocha are both to die for! The molasses cookie that came with the gingerbread latte was also amazing. On top of that, the atmosphere is so cool. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop by when you’re in Sutton’s Bay!“

“Great coffee house! The scones are my favorite, especially the lemon glazed blackberry. Love their iced mochas and the atmosphere. Dog biscuits get a thumbs up as well. Small interior, and minimal seating but they keep it from getting too packed.“

“Huzzah! This was so scrum-dilly-umcious in my tummy tum tum! The bagels are divine and the coffee didn’t make me have weird bowel movements so I called that a 10! Anyways the vibes are tubular and I walked out of here today as a nonchalant dreadhead! Oy oy baka! Tootlooo“

“Probably one of the best iced mochas around! The chicken pesto sandwich was great and the breakfast burrito was yummy. Only issue is that one of the staff members was not as good as the other staff at the time. The staff member who took our order didn’t get it put in correctly, which we shrugged off initially. Later, we asked for a refill of water and the same staff member said that they “could” give us a refill, but that there is a water fountain in the hallway… weird experience with that employee. Oh well, the rest of the experience was decent.“

“On a weekend trip to Traverse City we visited the Eastside location twice (Friday and Saturday mornings) - both mornings we had great service and great coffee (particularly their Americano). The filled herb bagel ball was great. My Auntie didn't love the Mediterranean scone.“

“My wife and I were looking for a taste of home while we were away on honeymoon. We decided to come by Hexenbelle for its food and drink. We not only found the familiar flavors of fresh bread, savory olive, and creamy labneh, but we found a warmth from the surrounding atmosphere and staff. We were immersed in light toned woods, lush green plants, and ample sunlight, as if we were relaxing in a sunroom or a garden.
We had an opportunity to speak to the owner, Chris, who welcomed us and gave us his attention despite also running the kitchen. Chris has been doing a great service to bring hearts and minds together for peace, prosperity, and freedom, both within Traverse City and for the Palestinian people. His love and passion shows in every dish he crafts, and we are forever grateful for the warmth, friendship, and hospitality that he extended us.
Hexenbelle is truly a rare and valuable gem amongst the many cafes and eateries in the area. I believe Hexenbelle is the best and only choice for authentic Palestinian cuisine and hospitality in Traverse City.

“The café miel I had at Aroma’s was excellent and not gritty as some of those drinks are liable to be. The cafe was comfortable and the staff took my order quickly. I was looking to kill some time while enjoying a coffee, and it served that purpose well. It’d be a nice place to get some good reading done.“

“The owner is absolutely amazing to work for! She pays fairly, has snacks and drinks for us to take for the day, and she does once a week “ family dinners” where we stop in after work to chat, grab dinner and bring some home for our families ❤️.“

“We love your place, but you truly need to update your hours of operation accordingly on Google & your website. There is nothing more frustrating when a place says they are open and you show up & park and you end up being closed.“
“Seven Brew (7B) drive thru has literally every option... superb customer service. The crew was fast and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Allows the kids to get creative with their drink order.
Parking: Just a drive thru, but huge parking lot surrounding the area as well as a nice road side park with walking trails nearby. Three drinks and a muffin top under $20.“

“Went in this past Sunday for brunch and to say the meal was stellar doesn't fully describe it. The owner was such a kind and bubbly lady who truly cared about her customers, her server was equally as sweet. Our food was quite literally the BEST MEAL we have ever eaten on a vacation and we will 100% be coming back for more! My wife ordered the Honey Bee Crepè & I believe I got the Croquè Madame with added Raclette Cheese. We divided our meals so we each got a savory and a sweet and we were not disappointed until the end when it was all gone. Thank you so much for making my 50th Birthday brunch the best meal ever! Can't wait to come back again to try another menu item. Crepes & Co deserves 100 🌟“

“To the wonderful lady employee who complimented my gf’s appearance and nails, while serving her drink, you have made a impact on her day she immediately called me to let me know how nice you were and how it made her day ! Thank you for keeping her happy while I’m at work :)!“
“Holy cow! This place amazing!
The vibe and atmosphere alone is so chic and bohemian! It’s a chill space with a lot of seating options and outdoor seating!
Service was amazing! Very friendly and prompt and for being a first timer and struggling with what to order, the person taking my order wasn’t wrong what to get!
I order an Iced Vanilla Latte (and being told that the vanilla syrup was homemade was definitely a draw), and also got an Outpost chop and all I can say is WOW!
*Add-On* The Spicy Italian, was a lot lol. If you aren’t ready for that much meat then this isn’t the sandwich for you. Kind of which it had alittle more of a kick but it was good.
**Add-On** On a cold chilly and rainy day, I had to get the tomato soup and let me say….WOW! It was so good! Also got the
Chicken Avocado, and my only small complaint is that I which it had MORE avocado.“

“I worked at Starbucks for seven years, and this store is so far behind standard that even I would never go back. I walked into the store, and even though there were four people working (and three people in the lobby who already had their coffee), nobody greeted me. I stood at the register for a while before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, a barista yelled at someone in the back "Someone's up front for you". and then THAT person replied "I can't come up will you get it?" So the original barista, who had been completely ignoring me, greeted me and asked what I would like. I was going to get something from their pastry case, but I noticed many gnats in the case, which I mentioned. The barista outright lied to me, saying "oh, we don't serve anything from the case" (why are there two and three of everything in this case, then? I doubt the store manager is okay with that much product waste) "corporate won't give us plastic pastries so we put these out and then throw them all away, every night." Yeah, I don't believe a word of that. I'm sure that there are extra pastries that are not in the case that you serve, but I don't believe for a minute that you never serve any of the pastries from the case. It had two slices of banana nut loaf, but only one slice of pumpkin loaf (where was the second slice?). It had tons of cake pops in it (that you just...throw away every night?) No way. So I declined any pastries. I only get one drink at Starbucks, and I order it the same every time. I always get a grande 5 pump breve no water chai with whip. I ordered it exactly like this and the cashier charged me. I waited for the baristas to make my drink. They didn't seem to know who should make the beverages for the cafe, as all of them were doing drive through drinks. One person came along and put four, not five, pumps of chai in my cup. A few minutes later, someone else came along and took over the drink. I asked if they put 5 pumps in, and she said no, that's not what I ordered. So she adds the extra pump - thanks. I was watching them make my drink. I did not see any half and half (the "breve") used. It looked like she just poured milk in a used pitcher (not supposed to combine cold milk with warm milk). I didn't say anything, because maybe they have a container that looks like milk jugs for their half and half, idk. Anyways, after waiting longer than sbux standards (there is a corporate two minute goal for drink waiting), she put a drink out. She didn't make eye contact with me, didn't call my name, she didn't call out the drink, nothing. I wasn't sure if maybe some of the people who were already seated in the lobby were waiting for another drink, so I wasn't sure if it was even my drink. Anyways, I finally figure out that it's my drink, and I look at the label. All it said was grande chai with breve. I opened up the lid and noticed that she didn't put whipped cream on there either. I almost went back to correct the drink, but changed my mind. I had a feeling these kinds of employees would spit in your drink if they didn't like you. not saying that's what they did, or would do, but I felt that vibe BIG TIME. I drove away, and tasted my chai. it didn't taste like it was made with half and half. It was also barely warm. I think they used leftover milk from someone else's drink. In my opinion, this Starbucks is dirty, the employees are careless and rude, they don't get your drink right, and they dont communicate. it was like being around a bunch of surly high schoolers. I'm never going back.“

“Great place to get coffee, but the staff is even better. This is the only starbucks my wife and I use in traverse because of the staff. They are super friendly, even when they may be having a rough day. For example, the lobby was closed due to a staff shortage because of the weather, but they were still doing drive-thru. The problem is that my work vehicle is too tall to fit in the drive-thru. I stood outside the lobby door, reading the sign, wondering what to do when one of the employees opened the door. I explained my dilemma and she told me no problem and let me in. She politely took my order with a smile amidst all the chaos of the drive-thru orders and other employees diligently working behind her.“
