The doughnut was good, the employee I interacted with was fine, the problem is the ordering system. You have to order by kiosk and that takes 5 - 10 times as long as just going up to someone, tell them what you want, and pay. Very inefficient and annoying. But you get to enjoy the view of the waterpark as you wait.

Parking: Don't linger - you have to pay to park.

I was absolutely pleased with the service I received at the Great Wolf Lodge Dunkin. Every team member was a joy to encounter, especially Kaylynn. Her knowledge about the menu items was greatly helpful as I had not previously been to this establishment. My food was exquisite and my beverage was enjoyed by both my heart and tastebuds. I will certainly return when I am back in the Traverse area!

Dunkin' donuts it is.It's in a convenient location inside the Great Wolf Lodge so of course it has people lining up for the delicious coffee and sweet treats. I was a little confused by the munchkin price and had to ask for clarification but for 10 donut holes was $2.25 basic math to me suggested I buy 210 bags put them in the same box with the lady noted smile at me so I don't know if they're just trying to test basic math skills here at this place but anyway...
