The staff is helpful. We love the samples of fudge they gave you. Everything smells divine and there’s a huge selection of chocolates, fudge, caramel apples, and evening cakes. We’ve been to kill ones a few times and intend on going back. My favorite is the chocolate covered orange peels.
The Kilwins in Traverse city was spacious and filled with loads of delicious treats and ice cream. Lines were long yet they were quite efficient in moving the crowds through. Lovely treat after dinner.
Best homemade waffle cone I’ve ever had! Didn’t get soggy the longer the ice cream sat in it. Watching the girl scoop the ice cream out was oddly satisfying and the portion size was larger than expected. FYI, two scoops is enough for 2.5 people
