Staff seemed to not pay much attention to the front counter. They actually marked my order as served and then took an additional 6 minutes to get it to me just so they can meet their corporate metrics. When the order is ready you mark it served so your numbers are true.

We go there often with our grandsons to enjoy the playland. They are young and impulsive. One opened the emergency door and set off the alarm. The other one threw a shoe behind the play scape. In both cases, Eric rescued us, always with a smile on his face. What a great guy! Thank you Eric!!!!
