It's a taco bell. Even if you order from the kiosk and select a drink, they will always forget to give you your cup. It's a given. It gives you the illusion of skipping a line, but it actually takes longer, because then you have to wait in line again to ask for your cup when your food is ready... lol

The cashier did not listen when she took our order. Literally acted like she hated her job. What looked like a manager was telling/yelling orders to the other workers extremely loud and talking about other people getting fired and going on discussing things that should not be discussed with other coworkers let alone where customs can hear you. The door says hiring…. I would never even eat here again let alone expect someone to want to join this dysfunctional work atmosphere. So unprofessional.

Among all the Taco Bells in the area, this establishment is unequivocally the preferred one I visit. The staff exemplify exceptional hospitality, eagerly assisting patrons with their orders and consistently exceeding expectations by providing ample portions of meat in their tacos. Never before have I encountered a more amiable team at any Taco Bell establishment.

When I ordered my food, I was asked for a name on the order. When my food came out my name was never called and the employees let our food sit there until it was almost cold until they got it to us. And to top it all off, before we left my partner went to use the restroom and there was vomit all over the toilet.
