Lady behind the counter constantly talking crap embossing everybody around. She had a poor attitude and that is poor customer service. Customers should not have to sit out in the lobby and listen to her talk crap
Very nice experience to my surprised eye was clean especially during snow and slop! Employees were kind and courteous will be back to that location next time I’m in the area for car Dr.appointments.

I must say this was the best Taco Bell experience ive ever had in TC. We dined in today as a special treat for my daughter who loves her soft tacos and we actually stayed a while.
