Let me tell you they have their 7 course tasting menu down to a science. The wine pairing was amazing and the pours were generous. We left so full and satisfied it was worth every penny!
I stopped in without a reservation and they were so gracious. They in fact could not seat me but went as far as to call thier competition to see if they had room for me at the Modern Bird. I learned that if you want to eat here in peak season, it is recommended to have reservations 3 months in advance.
