The food is so good you can't stop. I was on the verge of uncomfortable and still didn't want to stop eating. The pancakes are delicious with crisp edges. The biscuits and gravy were seasoned perfectly. No too much salt or pepper. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. It was very clean and it wasn't too noisy. They were busy, but we didnt have to yell to be heard.
One of the best places to eat in Traverse City. Home made food, fresh salads, Try the perch! We have never had a bad meal there. Service is outstanding! Just a great old fashioned American Diner.
Family came here for cherry fest, and this place was right down the road, so we tried it. Its. ok. Everything seemed mostly homemade, and we left satisfied enough. It was weird receiving cinnamon sugar bread before the meal, but it was pretty good. Food was a little on the bland side, and they advertised the fries as hand cut, they most certainly were frozen fries.
