We did the distillery tour on a weekday. It was just the two of us, with our extremely knowledgeable host, Paris. We loved being able to sample various spirits so we could be informed when we bought a case. There were some spirits available only at this location.
My wife and I had an excellent experience! Paris was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I also totally enjoyed the whiskeys that I tried. The Traverse City Whiskey Co. should be on everyone’s to do list while in the Traverse City area.
This is the best whisky I've enjoyed in years. I was gifted a bottle of American Cherry whisky, a handcrafted small-batch spirit known for its rich, fruity profile featuring dominant notes of ripe cherries, complemented by subtle oak undertones from careful aging in American oak barrels, which makes it truly exceptional. Currently visiting Traverse City, I couldn't resist stopping by the locally renowned shop, Traverse City Whisky Co., to purchase another bottle. I briefly...
