“I've known the family for 30 years and they are always quick to open everyone with open arms. When I found out they were taking over Taylor's Kitchen, I couldn't wait to check it out and support. I came for the family and have since kept coming back for the food.The family friendly environment with open kitchen is something to note. Everyone that walks in gets a greeting from most everyone from behind the counter. Everything is always well taken care of and clean. All team members seem to pitch in to help each other out, checking on each other's tables, etc. I've noted the cooks even coming out and checking on patrons themselves.We moved farther away and still make the drive to come dine in as often as possible. We've been making our way through the menu and haven't found something we don't like yet. The pulled pork Nachos and Mac and cheese seems to be my husband's go-to. “I placed a pickup order and was told 15 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant was packed with people waiting to be seated. I thought I was going to have to wait a little longer for my food but..... Nope! Not only was my food ready when I was told, it was spot on as usual!! By far the best diner downriver!!“

“The waitresses there are so sweet and personable. We arrived with an hour left before they closed, but we were never rushed through ordering, and they didn't make us feel like we couldn't order certain things. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the seasoning on the chicken was so good, and it was perfectly crispy. The chicken strips were very big, too. My children ordered Mickey Mouse pancakes, and the very sweet waitress made a smiley face with whipped cream (after asking permission). For dessert, we ordered the almond joy cake and it was delicious! My daughter and I can't wait to go back and get more! While we were waiting for our did, the waitress recognized that my toddler was getting fussy, so she brought over soup crackers and coloring books and crayons. My family will absolutely go back and support this diner!“
“Yesterday was my first time buying food from there. We had 4 pot pies homemade the beef one is called a Shepard's pie and 3 chicken pies.They were alot better than anything you buy in the frozen isle that's for sure and you get a hefty amount for the price 4 pot pies fed 6 people. “Just your basic family Diner. The food is great and you get plenty for what you pay for. Their soup bar is awesome. The chicken noodle is available every day. The large grilled chicken salad is a standout for me, loaded with fresh lettuce, delicious chicken, crisp tomatoes, and plenty of cheese. My companions loved the coney and patty melt. “After church today we set to look for an establishment that was open. Being that it was Christmas we had our work cut out for us. We drove for a few miles and saw an open sign so we walked in. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and a Merry Christmas! The location was busy with other patrons (regulars). We were seated drinks and menus came quickly! The service staff was great! Smiles, smiles, and more smiles! The food came out piping HOT! It was delicious! Let’s just say we may have found a spot for our after church brunch! She was absolutely great and if we travel back to the area we will definitely stop here and hope to see her again! The food was DELICIOUS and great prices. “Finally tried this spot after hearing such good things. My gyro was excellent and packed with meat, fries were great and crispy. Boyfriend had a gyro skillet and while he liked it said the potatoes seemed a bit undercooked. Things happen so not mad about it just may not get that dish again. They have a very diverse menu and you get a lot for your money.“
“My husband and I decided to get carryout this evening after putting our little ones to bed. Once we went to place our order we realized they closed in 20 mins. I called in our order, the waitress was friendly and had great customer service. We were a little worried because it was so close to closing time that our food would prolly not be the best. Well we were WRONG, our food was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Great portions, well cooked and hot! My husband said the service at pick up was awesome as well. The entire staff and wait service is impressive as they enjoyed serving and making us all feel welcome. They have lots of room and I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious.
