The Frozen Caramel Marvel with extra caramel is absolutely delicious. I use to be a dunkin girl who was an addict to their frozen coffees, I have now fully switched to Biggby. Amazing coffee. Amazing customer service. Srive thru window. The coffee is so damn good! They constantly have bogo sales and coupons. Sign up for their program for savings.

I bought carnal latte they forgot to put whipped cream and drizzle I left and called they told me it’s too late!

Gave cashier $9 for iced mocha. Total was $8.36. I did not receive change and cashier said that I was all set. I confirmed that it was $8.36 and she continued to not give me my change. 64 cents isn’t anything to gripe about but this was the most unprofessional exchange I’ve ever had with payment. If I gave $10 would I be out even more money? I did not approve any tips for baristas and I’m appalled. Probably won’t be going to this Biggby location again.

Today, I ordered a $7 deal at the drive thru. The deal was an iced coffee and a bragel. The female working the drive thru charged me $8.99. After I paid, I asked why the total wasn’t $7. The employee gave me a blank stare so I asked to speak with the manager. This was our conversation: Employee: Why? Me: Because you charged me $8.99 for a $7 deal. Employee: I am the manager. We are short staffed today. Me: ok, do you have a business card? Employee: No. She proceeded to shut the drive thru window and walk away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Something is wrong with this place if this is how management treats customers. Also, this was at 11:30 am and there was only one other car in line. I will be following up with corporate. Overcharging people and not offering to fix the mistake is UNACCEPTABLE.

I’m sorry but is anyone okay here? The person taking my order looked pissed I even showed up. I understand being understaffed, it sucks. But the constant eye rolls and grimace that I was given almost made me apologize for ordering. I don’t know what is happening here. :(

I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful employees. I get a red bull cream freeze I add boba bcuz i love boba but the boba was way to sweet and they filled the cup 1/4 of the way with boba so i was drinking was boba so i asked them to re make it and all three of the girls looked at me with the most nasty looks and I apologized and kept saying i’m sorry it was just a lot of boba then say they “it’s gonna take awhile” and grab the old drink from me. I was really hurt my this behavior.

Got a sausage egg and cheese- cashier informed me I got the last of the sausage they had (it was 1pm) so I was grateful, she seemed brand new so I gave her patience. Got in the car and there was no sausage. She said one of the other workers made a different sandwich with it or something so I waited some time and received a new one. The new one came out looking like the pictures on the menu! Glad everything was resolved quickly just seems as if they need some more leadership in there.

​I absolutely love going to the Biggby Coffee in Troy. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who are always so friendly and upbeat.
​The coffee is consistently delicious—it's always made perfectly, and you can tell they take pride in every drink they prepare. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee on the way to work or sitting down to enjoy a break, the service is always quick and the atmosphere is very inviting.
​It's a great place to start your day or get a midday pick-me-up. I highly recommend this location!

I waited for 40 minutes to get two drinks while the two baristas were freaking out about being understaffed. They got into an argument with a doordash driver, forgot to make my drink, and then made them wrong once they finally got around to it. And then they yelled at ME on my way out the door! Absolutely awful waste of time and money, I will never come back to this location. Good luck...
