Biggby Coffee Troy

Got a sausage egg and cheese- cashier informed me I got the last of the sausage they had (it was 1pm) so I was grateful, she seemed brand new so I gave her patience. Got in the car and there was no sausage. She said one of the other workers made a different sandwich with it or something so I waited some time and received a new one. The new one came out looking like the pictures on the menu! Glad everything was resolved quickly just seems as if they need some more leadership in there.

​I absolutely love going to the Biggby Coffee in Troy. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who are always so friendly and upbeat.
​The coffee is consistently delicious—it's always made perfectly, and you can tell they take pride in every drink they prepare. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee on the way to work or sitting down to enjoy a break, the service is always quick and the atmosphere is very inviting.
​It's a great place to start your day or get a midday pick-me-up. I highly recommend this location!

I waited for 40 minutes to get two drinks while the two baristas were freaking out about being understaffed. They got into an argument with a doordash driver, forgot to make my drink, and then made them wrong once they finally got around to it. And then they yelled at ME on my way out the door! Absolutely awful waste of time and money, I will never come back to this location. Good luck...

I have been going to this biggby for years and have always had a great experience. Super friendly employees, great coffee, quick service.
I don't know what's changed, but within the last couple of months the situation there has deteriorated so dramatically that I don't think I'll be returning. The employees are still super friendly, but the drive thru line barely moves. The last time I went I waited as long as I could but had to give up and get out of line so that I wouldn't be late for work.
One of the times I did suck it up and wait, they had made the wrong coffee. They made another, but it was still not the right kind. The third attempt did look like the right thing, and I was late for work now so I just took it and left. It was really gross though and I ended up tossing it.
Unless something changes for the better I wouldn't recommend this location

Staff here is so friendly!! They have a drive thru which is wonderful. Drinks are better than Starbucks in my opinion and at a great price point. Highly recommend!

I recently visited biggy coffee and it was an absolute treat! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax, catch up on work, or chat with friends.

Their coffee is exceptional—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I tried the [specific coffee or drink], and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. The menu also offers a great selection of snacks and pastries, and the [specific item] was fresh and absolutely delicious.

The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming experience from start to finish. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a nice place to unwind is a must-visit.

This review is for the owners or operators of this location. Every morning I come in- there is at minimum a 20 minute wait for a bagel. At the current moment (and I just counted) there are 12 people waiting on orders. You need at least 2-3 more workers here during your peak times.

And 20 mins later I just got my toaster bagel. It seems it was toasted 20 mins ago with another larger order and just now handed out to me so it's cold and stale.

Erin needs a raise for sure! What a vibe he brought he really enlightened my day especially after dealing with sos next door. He gave a great suggestion for my coffee which was a golden honey latte (I highly recommend) he’s very personable and I will definitely only buy my coffee from this location from here on out. The 2 girls working with him also were excellent with their coffee barista skills. Coffee came out excellent. Left with a smile on my face 😊

My husband and I own a business near Biggby Coffee in Troy. At least once a day one of us or our employees head over to Biggby for a snack or a coffee. Liz and her employees are incredibly friendly, efficient, and everything is always delicious. Grateful to be neighbors and that we have such a great place nearby.
