Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
Chipotle (management) really needs to look at the way they are treating their employees. Field leaders on up don’t respond to text messages or phone calls from their own employees trying to run their stores. Promises benefits during hiring process then doesn’t inform the employee how, when or where to sign up. Doesn’t provide training for SM’s, doesn’t provide keys or passwords to get into store. My boyfriend picked me up this on his way home. As you can see it’s looking a little sad 😔 I can barely pick it up without it coming apart. He asked them if they could rewrap it and they refused. Not too happy right now 😓
Third time this month that I’ve ordered from Chipotle via the app and the order is either wrong or something is missing.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant known for its food and service. Customers have praised the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially at the register and those who prepare the orders. The food, including the bowls, has been described as satisfactory, with generous portions and a variety of toppings available. However, there have been some complaints about inconsistent portion sizes, especially for delivery orders, which have left some customers feeling dissatisfied. Despite these issues, the overall experience has been compared to other Chipotle locations.
The restaurant is located on Crooks, south of Square Lake Rd, and offers adequate parking with easy access. The atmosphere inside is considered stark and cold compared to many other fast food places. The food is cafeteria style Mexican with a unique blend of ingredients that appeal to health-conscious diners. Although the food is good, some customers find it expensive and suggest that dining at a real Mexican restaurant may provide better value for more food and a more enjoyable experience.
