“Great ambiance and outstanding food! The cuisine was exceptional, especially the combo platter. The steak platter was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The owner personally prepared grilled chicken tandoori with mandi rice, and it was absolutely delicious. Mariyam and Fatimah at the front desk provided excellent service with warm smiles throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back—this place is truly one of the best.“

“10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling.
The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

We heard mix reviews from our friends and family but honestly we didn't taste anything better than this place in michigan. For the buffet they had various options to choose from and the price was really affordable. We tried the best zilabi on town. My picky eater son finished everything which means it's really good. “I uad ordered a pickup order. Their food is seriously delicious and affordable! A real treat! The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely pleasant. The milkshake machine was acting up. Instead of just making 0excuses and offering a refund or a slush beverage as a substitute, they diligently worked to get the machine to work properly. They never lost their composure or behaved with anything less than total professionalism. It was much appreciated.“

“This is absolutely the best Mediterranean restaurant in the state of Michigan. Their chicken swarma is phenomenal it is never dried out always fresh with homemade phenomenal garlic sauce. The humas is the best I've ever eaten. The tabooli salad will knock you out.You will not find a better Mediterranean restaurant.Thanks for the great food great service and fair prices. “I didn't know this place was seed oil free (which is a HUGE plus) until after I picked up my order. I don't know if it's only certain items or the whole menu. The breading on the sesame chicken was not quite as crispy as other places, unfortunately, but the sauce was sensational. Already looking forward to my next visit.“

“This is a small restaurant, you can dine in but I usually get my food to go. They have amazing shawarmas, burgers and I usually get the fried zubaty which is fish. The customer service and quality of the food is amazing! And they are open until 2:00 in the morning!“
