I ordered online, tipped them and all.. an entire hour went by before I called them to ask what was going on with the delivery. It was left on the counter and they said they would give it to the next driver available. They did refund me and when they delivered.. they gave cookies and chips, but they didn't even make a fresh sub... let alone pour a new cherry coke. Drink was delivered watered down.
Not the first time this has happened with this particular location.
I called 30 minutes after my order when tracking didn't show out for delivery to be told there was one order ahead of me and it would be another 20 minutes. Really!! So much for freaky fast. Will not order from here again
Just left Jimmy John's and my order is not right at all. Not happy!
