Very disappointing experience today, September 26, around 5:20 PM. There was no one at the cashier when I arrived, and my coffee was made black even though I needed creamer. I went inside to get some and ended up standing there for more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter.
When a woman finally came, I tried to ask for creamer and said, “Can I…” but she simply turned around and walked away without letting me finish or helping me.
