Management here is lacking; senior employees and managers should know the federal/state laws for service dogs. please don't question my dogs training and specifics for medical/health related need to seizures. He has attended my side for numerous trips to this Kroger and the other Krogers in the area

I am not sure why all the negative reviews for this Kroger. I have to say it is pretty outstanding with the selection and customer service. They always have an extensive selection of everything. The meat selection is always outstanding, as well as the deli meat Great location!

The man that helped us out was so helpful. We had payed for half of our order, but my credit card wasn't working for the other half. We needed those supplies and we didn't know what to do because we had no way of paying for the rest. We stood in the store for 15 minutes trying to figure out a payment method. Our helper CHRISTAN at the Troy Kroger was soooo kind to us and said he could pay for the rest after he saw we were in a dire situation. I'm so thankful for him, and his kindness....read full review
