Not great, and it never really has been. Burgers are just okay, fries are horrible every time, literally every time! For $6 you think they could at least figure out a way to get them to your table warm. I’m my opinion they are extremely overpriced for what they give you!

We went there for dinner at about 6:15pm. Many of the items were already running out, like avocado and local beer. This was quite disappointing for a first shake shacker! The service was good. The staff provided table side service, brought us our food and came back with free drink refills.

Food wise, the signature burger was cooked to perfection. Perfect medium with slight pink and juicy. The truffle burger was similar to the signature burger, not much truffle...

Everything was very cold and the fry order was wrong. When this place is on it’s fine to good. When it is off it is just not worth it. I cannot recommend it. The quality is just variable.
