We were traveling through the area at dinner and stopped at this Wendy's. It was not busy. No one else came through for service while we were ordering and receiving our food. So they were not rushed or distracted. We asked for burgers without cheese. Both burgers came with cheese on them. We ordered cups to use with the drink machine and were given 2 cokes. Then we were told the drink machine was broken. Later we tried the machine. It did not dispense coloring in...
The gal working there was polite hence the 3 stars. Speaker not working, one flavor of frosty not working (okay?), took forever and food was cold/sub-par. I used to consider Wendy's a step up from other fast food. Nah. This location is an example of poor ownership/poor management.
They were completely out of everything it seemed but it could have been the weather and trucks being late. Went in to eat and no tables were wiped down, decided to eat in our car.
