“Waited 20 minutes. I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull ahead as the chicken wasn’t ready. Twenty minutes later the guy brought out our order and said they “forgot”. I called and talked to the manager and he literally said “What do you want me tondo about it? “. I said “Hell you could have thrown in a coupon for something free since we had to wait”. But no! That manager had no clue as what he should do.“
“Shout to Wendy’s today on LMD. The staff was courteous and they had our food out in a timely manner. I was in the drive thru and there were a few cars behind me ordering so I know they got busy and there was also a group of people who walked in. You could see they were busy and working hard in there. When I got home to eat, the food was still fresh and warm.“
