The DEI employees don't want to take your order, they rush you and lord forbid if you cannot read the menu, they take it personally if they have to help you at the drive through.
Then they forget items because they just want to get you out of there.
You get all the way home and realize they forgot items you paid for.
Senior citizens don't stand a chance for good customer service at this location.“
