“Great spot. Got home after a long weekend, flew into DTW and we’re headed up 275/96 and always struggle to find a good spot so searched this one up in advance. About 30 min from DTW, pizza was amazing, we had the margherita, stuffed cheese bread, and aroncini. Everything was delicious and cooked fresh to order. Great east coast style thin crust, tangy sauce, wish this place was closer to home so we could go more often!“

“All of the food was delicious! We ordered the Caesar salad made table side, and loved that too! The atmosphere is very pretty. Our minor demerits include the overly attentive staff, who were constantly at our table removing individual dishes and asking how everything was. I know they were doing their job, but it was very distracting. The waitstaff uniforms need updating. And although the food was pricey, we would go back. I recommend a try!“

“Went to this restaurant with some neighbors last month. I used to go to Vince's Italian Rest on Springwell in Detroit and they closed and missed their food which included homemade pasta. Saw that they had homemade pasta so decided to try the lasagna. It tasted the same as the restaurant i missed and was delicious. Can't wait to go back. A little pricey but so well worth it!!!“

“It’s a great place, with great food and service. My family and I love to come here, but the reservation system doesn’t work well. Even with a reservation you might need to wait 20-30’ in lie. Either they don’t have a good system or don’t respect it. That is definitely an area to improve.“

“Called to order a pizza, got the computer. Finally got a lady. Asked if she got my order and said it was a small pepperoni. She said ya come in. Then silence... So I asked, 10 or 15 minutes and she responded 15 minutes. I went to pick it up and 2 very accommodating gentlemen helped me. I told them how I ordered through the computer then talked to a lady. They said the pizza was never ordered. I didn't mind waiting 10 minutes at all, but they need to retrain this woman in customer service. Thanks guys for fixing my delicious pizza!!!“

“I rarely write reviews on food places because there is little that hasn’t been said already. But I really need to about this Jets location.

For starters, I’ve been coming here for years. Always consistently great pizza.

But today, 9-12-2025,is I ordered my usual personal BBQ chicken pizza. Whoever was working today made an actual piece of art. I opened that pizza box and I had to just sit and admire it for a moment. I don’t take pictures of my food, but this was like being transported to the louvre in France and laying your eyes on the Mona Lisa for the first time.

I was absolutely awestruck. The pizza somehow tasted better than it looked.

So yea, it was a decent pizza dining experience I guess.“

“I did pick up and it was busy so had a bit of a wait. No one said 'be right with you" or I'll be with you in a minute". No one even made eye contact with me which I felt was rude. “I have been coming to this jets for quite a long while. One of my favorite pizza joints, my only complaint is the temperature of the store. I have no clue how they haven't had an employee drop of heat exhaustion. I walked into the lobby and instantly started sweating. I get that the oven makes it hot but it was at least a good 20 degrees hotter in the store than it was ourside. I just worry about the employees. This should not be okay. One of the employees said they are suppose to fix it. But no one has yet to show up and even look at it from what ive heard. I just think of all the just this place would take well care of the employees from what I seen they all deserve a raise, that's just my personal opinion. Keep on keeping on“

“Being that Jets Pizza is a pickup only place it gets 3 stars ? for atmosphere.But if they step it up from a wooden bench to a comfortable couple of chairs or leather wrapped benches and ambient lighting then they would completely and totally kill their ops. But other than that, their pizza is definitely top tier ?? and you can tell that their superior ingredients set them apart from other pizza chains.
