“Well the food was good... however, I used the app to order takeout a good half hour before pickup time ... When I got to the counter ( it wasn't that busy ) they had to prepare my order. So why even order ahead??? Also-- outside Popeyes sign wasn't on, making it impossible to see the restaurant 🤔“

There was a snafu in the kitchen causing an inordinately long wait in drive through. The way the young man manages the situation and all of us kept everyone calm. Great customer service!“
