“KYLE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! So great to experience actual customer service. Employees are so sullen, drab, miserable, slow, curt, etc. where we live that I never go to Popeye's until I'm in the Saginaw area. So far everyone has been good here but I really wanted to commend and mention Kyle because he really went over and beyond.“
“Had to wait 10/12mins in the spot up front for 3 chicken sandwiches and a med fry. There was only one car in front of us when we pulled in. After being there 4 other cars got their food and we're on their way while we waited. Not sure what took so long but speed for drive thru cud be faster.“
